A teacher’s gotta do what a teacher’s gotta do I knew they said being a teacher is a real challenge, and I am expecting that. But I never thought it would be this soon?! Oh, hi. My name is Hidayah and this is my first day as a school teacher. They said your first day of school as a teacher will be one to remember. Indeed, it is. This funny memory will be deeply embedded in my mind, even fifteen years later. You are probably wondering how my first day went and honestly, I don't even know where to start. Excitement. Nervous. 💗 ONE STEP OF MY JOURNEY💗 Dear diary, It has been five days since my School Based Experience has started. And that means, this is also my last day in SK Kuala Krai. Compared to my last two SBE, this is surely the most fun and wonderful experience I have ever had in school. It is because, during my first and second SBE, I only had one friend with me in the same school. Honestly, it was quite awkward for both of us because we were both shy and we only focused on completing our tasks and interviewing instead of actually enjoying the school environment. Hence, we spent less time with the pupils. However, this time, I had four of my best friends choosing the same school for our last SBE. You know they said the more the merrier and it is true! The first day was amazing. To be frank, I was exhilarated and a little nervous on making my first impression with the school community. A Path To Divine Success I looked back on my school filled days I now agnize how much it pays It leads to the path of prosperity And it gives us a sounding security. Life will teach you many things Ups and downs and many swings But the learning that I got at school Has made me stand up on my own toes. So learn all you can while you're in school Don't worry about being so cool. Stick to the fight when you're hardest hit. Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
